The EFL503–703HV Series embodies EP’s innovation in sustainable heavy lifting. Powered by a 309 V high-voltage LFP battery, it provides up to 15% energy savings compared with traditional AC systems, while maintaining strong torque and rapid acceleration. Its high-voltage PMSM drive (60 kW + 2× 27.8 kW lift motors) ensures consistent performance and smoother control across long operating cycles.
A triple cooling system – dual water cooling (for battery and motor) and oil cooling (for hydraulics) – keeps all systems within optimal temperature range, ensuring reliability even under –20 °C to +40 °C conditions. Advanced VCU control enables precise speed and turning management, mast buffering, and comprehensive safety monitoring.
Operators enjoy maximum comfort and safety with an ergonomic cabin, OPS safety system, fingertip control option, LED lighting, suspension seat, and optional A/C cabins.
