Entire group is divided into independent companies in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.
Standard operating procedure for service & back up is clearly defined. We respond within hours if any faults/breakdowns are reported.
Group has launched a 360-degree mobile app called i-Serve for your smart phones to report a service or fault on products. Customer will then be notified electronically, and he can track progress of technician being allocated and how far is he from attending to the job.
