The EFL403–553HV Series marks a breakthrough in heavy-duty electric forklift technology, bringing together EP’s high-voltage Li-ion system and advanced PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) for unmatched efficiency and performance.
The high-voltage battery (309V/173Ah LFP) delivers up to 6 hours of continuous operation and supports 1C charging, achieving a full charge in just one hour. Its intelligent thermal management system integrates dual water cooling (for motor and battery) and oil cooling (for hydraulics), maintaining optimal component temperature and ensuring long-term reliability even under intense workloads.
Operators benefit from a spacious, ergonomic cabin with fingertip controls, adjustable suspension seating, and excellent visibility. Optional add-ons include radar and camera systems, air conditioning, LED lighting packages, and a full or half-cabin for harsh climates.
